Terms and Conditions

1. Event Requirements

  • One (1) 110V electrical outlet on a dedicated 20-amp breaker
  • Minimum of 5 ft x 4 ft of space for the coffee cart
  • Access to a trash bin
  • At least 1 hour of setup time prior to event start
  • Access to a sink for wastewater disposal after the event
  • And, of course — coffee lovers ready for delicious drinks!

2. Payment Terms

Payment is required to secure booking. A 50% non-refundable deposit (“save the date” fee) is due at booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date. Coffee Cart Nashville reserves the right to cancel services if full payment has not been received by the event date.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 2 weeks prior to event: 100% refund of remaining balance (deposit is non-refundable).
  • 1–2 weeks prior to event: 50% refund of remaining balance.
  • Less than 1 week prior: No refunds; payment in full required.

4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

If Coffee Cart Nashville or the Client cannot perform due to emergencies, fire, casualty, strike, Acts of God, pandemics, governmental action, civil unrest, or other causes beyond their control, this Agreement will be cancelled. The 50% deposit will be retained as a credit for a future event within 12 months, subject to availability. Any additional payments will be refunded.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffee Cart Nashville’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client. Coffee Cart Nashville is not liable for punitive, consequential, special, indirect, emotional distress, or lost profit damages. Any claims must be made within 60 days of the event.

6. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coffee Cart Nashville, its owners, members, vendors, employees, agents, and representatives from all liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from materials or services provided or from any actions by the Client or their guests.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action, which shall take place in Davidson County, Tennessee.

8. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between Coffee Cart Nashville and the Client, superseding all prior communications. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining terms.

By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
